GORA LLC ("GORA", "we", "us") operates gorastay.com and the forest cabin property at 44 Cox Lane, Great Cacapon, West Virginia 25422. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you make a reservation, we collect your name, email address, phone number and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Reservations are managed in Lodgify.
When you call or text us, we collect your phone number, the content of the conversation, and a recording and transcript of the call. Calls to our business line are answered by an AI assistant and are recorded. The assistant identifies itself at the start of every call.
When you visit our website, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, through Google Analytics.
We use your information to take and manage your reservation, to send booking confirmations, arrival instructions and door codes, to answer your questions, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
When you call or text GORA at (304) 500-5366, we may reply by text message — for example to send you our booking link, directions, or an answer to your question. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us, or HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests immediately.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number with third parties, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with anyone for marketing purposes.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business: Lodgify (reservations), Stripe (payments), Quo (phone and text messaging), Google (email and analytics), and Brevo (email updates, if you have opted in). Each processes data on our behalf. We also disclose information where required by law.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep reservation records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for operational use and deleted when no longer needed.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@gorastay.com. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
CHILDREN
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
